To adjust the rest of the settings, open YouTube Studio you will see a menu on the right of the screen from which select settings, you will see another menu consisting of 6 sub-tabs to adjust all the settings of your channel; as follows:

1-General Settings

  • Enable the feature to allow viewers to crop content, so that viewers can cut a clip that can range in length from 5 to 60 seconds and share it with their friends.
  •  Eligibility to use the features: these features that you can benefit from are classified according to your eligibility into two types:-
  • Automatic features: from its name, we know that it is activated automatically when making a YouTube channel, and it ensures uploading videos, creating playlists, adding videos and collaborators to the lists, and one of its conditions is that there is no alarm or any violation applicable to the channel.

  • Features that require proof of ownership: it is activated after proving your ownership of the channel over the phone. How to prove the ownership of the channel by phone number

  1. Open the eligibility box to use the features.

  7. Viewer (Limited): has the same powers as the primary viewer, but cannot see the value of earnings.


5. The Forum

 


This tab helps you manage comments and interact with Channel content. The forum has two tabs:


  • Programmed filters: through this window you can control:- 

  1. Moderators: users who have the authority to delete comments.
  2. Approved users: the comments of these users will not be subject to any kind of scrutiny or review.
  3. Hidden users: from their name we know that their comments and messages will not be visible.

 


  •  Automatic settings: from which you can select several lists to which comments on your channel are subject, such as:-

  1. Allow all comments to be posted.
  2. Restrict some comments whose content is suspected of being inappropriate and subject them to review first before publication.
  3. Activating the feature of increasing strictness, which increases YouTube's censorship of comments, which increases the rate of comments that are subject to review.
  4. Review all comments.
  5. The ability to permanently stop comments.
  6. Activate the feature to prevent the publication of messages of conversations suspected of being appropriate before they are subject to review.
